You can cast [[Other Spells#Detect Magic|detect magic]] at will, without expending a pact slot.

##### Eldritch Spear
When you cast [[Other Spells#Eldritch Blast|eldritch blast]], its range is 300 feet.

##### Eldritch Strike
The range of your [[Other Spells#Eldritch Blast|eldritch blast]] cantrip is reduced to 5 feet and it becomes a melee spell attack. Make a separate melee spell attack for each beam, dealing 1d12 force damage on hit.
Any class features or Eldritch Invocations that affect the range of eldritch blast do not work with this Invocation.

##### Gaze of Two Minds
You can use your action to touch a willing creature and perceive through its senses until the end of your next turn. As long as the creature is on the same [[Planes of Existence|plane of existence]] as you, you can use your action on subsequent turns to maintain this connection, extending the duration until the end of your next turn. While perceiving through the other creature’s senses, you benefit from any special senses possessed by that creature, but you are [[Conditions#Blinded|blinded]] and [[Conditions#Deafened|deafened]] to your own surroundings.

Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with your [[Other Spells#Eldritch Blast|eldritch blast]], you can pull that creature in a straight line 10 feet closer to you.

##### Aspect of the Night
*Prerequisite: Pact of the Tome feature*
You no longer need to [[Survival Needs#Sleep|sleep]] and can’t be forced to sleep by any means. To gain the benefits of a [[Survival Needs#Long Rest|long rest]], you can spend all 8 hours doing light activity, such as reading your [[Warlock#Pact of the Tome|Book of Shadows]] and keeping watch.

##### Book of Ancient Secrets

You can now inscribe magical rituals in your [[Warlock#Pact of the Tome|Book of Shadows]]. Choose two 1st-level spells from any [[Spellcasting#Spell Lists|spell list]] (the two needn’t be from the same list). The spells appear in the book and don’t count against the number of spells you know. With your Book of Shadows in hand, you can cast the chosen spells.

##### Gift of the Ever-Living Ones

Whenever you regain hit points while your [[Warlock#Pact of the Chain|familiar]] is within 100 feet of you, treat any dice rolled to determine the hit points you regain as having rolled their maximum value for you.

##### Harmonic Spellcasting
*Prerequisite: Pact of the Strings feature*
When you cast a spell with a [[Spellcasting#Components|verbal component]] while using your [[Warlock#Pact of the Song|instrument]], the saving throw DC for that spell increases by 1.

##### Improved Pact Weapon
*Prerequisite: Pact of the Blade feature*
You can wield any weapon you summon with your [[Warlock#Pact of the Blade|Pact of the Blade]] feature as a [[Spellcasting#Spellcasting Focus 🛠|spellcasting focus]] while casting spells. In addition, the weapon gains a +1 bonus to its attack and damage rolls, unless it is a magic weapon that already has a bonus to those rolls. Finally, the weapon you conjure can be a [[Armour & Weapons#Bows|short bow]], [[Armour & Weapons#Bows|longbow]], [[Armour & Weapons#Crossbows|light crossbow]], or [[Armour & Weapons#Crossbows|heavy crossbow]].

##### Investment of the Chain Master
*Prerequisite: Pact of the Chain feature*
When you cast [[Arcane Spells#Find Familiar|find familiar]], you infuse the summoned familiar with a measure of your eldritch power, granting the creature the following benefits:
- The familiar gains either a [[Physical Capabilities#Flying|flying speed]] or a [[Physical Capabilities#Swimming|swimming speed]] (your choice) of 40 feet.
- As part of the [[Companions, Mounts & NPCs#Combat|command]] you give your familiar with your bonus action, your familiar can use any [[Actions in Combat#Attack|Attack]] actions it has.
- The familiar’s attacks are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming [[Damage and Healing#Immunity|immunity]] and [[Damage and Healing#Resistance|resistance]] to nonmagical attacks.
- If the familiar forces a creature to make a saving throw, it uses your spell save DC.
- When the familiar takes damage, you can use your reaction to grant it [[Damage and Healing#Resistance|resistance]] against that damage.

You can peer into the uncertain future. Using a reflective fluid held within your Pact Chalice, you can cast the [[Divine Spells#Augury|augury]] spell at-will, without using a pact slot or requiring a [[Spellcasting#Spellcasting Focus 🛠|spellcasting focus]].

##### Protective Cowl
*Prerequisite: Pact of the Shroud feature*
When you take damage while wearing your [[Warlock#Pact of the Shroud|shroud]], you can use your reaction to gain [[Damage and Healing#Resistance|resistance]] to the triggering damage, but your [[Warlock#Pact of the Shroud|shroud]] disappears, and cannot be summoned until you take a [[Survival Needs#Rest|rest]].

##### Rebuke of the Talisman

When the wearer of your talisman is hit by an attacker you can see within 30 feet of you, you can use your reaction to deal psychic damage to the attacker equal to your [[Levels & Proficiency Bonus#Proficiency Bonus|proficiency bonus]] and push it up to 10 feet away from the talisman’s wearer.

You can communicate telepathically with your [[Warlock#Pact of the Chain|familiar]] and perceive through your familiar’s senses as long as you are on the same [[Planes of Existence|plane of existence]]. Additionally, while perceiving through your familiar’s senses, you can also speak through your familiar in your own voice, even if your familiar is normally incapable of speech.

##### Cloak of Flies
*Prerequisite: 5th level Warlock*
As a bonus action, you can surround yourself with a magical aura that looks like buzzing flies. The aura extends 5 feet from you in every direction, but not through [[Movement and Position#Total Cover|total cover]]. It lasts until you’re [[Conditions#Stunned 🛠|stunned]], [[Conditions#Unconscious|unconscious]], [[Conditions#Dying 🛠|dying]], or you dismiss it as a bonus action. The aura grants you [[Abilities & Skills#Advantage & Disadvantage|advantage]] on [[Abilities & Skills#Intimidation|Intimidation]] checks, but [[Abilities & Skills#Advantage & Disadvantage|disadvantage]] on any other checks using Charisma. Any creature (except you) that starts its turn in the aura takes poison damage equal to your Spellcasting Ability modifier (minimum of 0 damage). Once you use this invocation, you can’t use it again until you finish a [[Survival Needs#Rest|rest]].

##### Cloak of Winds
*Prerequisite: 5th level Warlock, Pact of the Shroud feature*
Your [[Warlock#Pact of the Shroud|shroud]] billows out around you, slowing your fall and allowing you to glide. When you fall, you can subtract up to 100 feet from your fall when calculating your [[Movement and Position#Falling|fall damage]] and can move horizontally 2 feet for every 1 foot you fall.

Using your [[Warlock#Pact of the Chalice|chalice]], you can use an action to cast [[Divine Spells#Lesser Restoration|lesser restoration]] once without using a pact slot or requiring a [[Spellcasting#Spellcasting Focus 🛠|spellcasting focus]]. You can’t do so again until you finish a [[Survival Needs#Rest|rest]].

##### Eldritch Smite
*Prerequisite: 5th level Warlock, Pact of the Blade feature*
Once per turn when you hit a creature with your [[Warlock#Pact of the Blade|pact weapon]], you can expend a pact slot to deal an extra 1d8 force damage to the target, plus another 1d8 per level of the pact slot, and you can knock the target [[Conditions#Prone|prone]] if it is [[Movement and Position#Creature Size|Huge or smaller]].

##### Far Scribe
*Prerequisite: 5th level Warlock, Pact of the Tome feature*
A new page appears in your [[Warlock#Pact of the Tome|Book of Shadows]]. With your permission, a creature can use its action to write its name on that page, which can contain a number of names equal to your [[Levels & Proficiency Bonus#Proficiency Bonus|proficiency bonus]]. You can cast the [[Arcane Spells#Sending|sending]] spell, targeting a creature whose name is on the page, without using a pact slot or requiring a [[Spellcasting#Spellcasting Focus 🛠|spellcasting focus]]. To do so, you must write the message on the page. The target hears the message in their mind, and if the target replies, their message appears on the page, rather than in your mind. The writing disappears after 1 minute. As an action, you can magically erase a name on the page by touching it.

##### Frostbound
*Prerequisite: 5th level Warlock*
As a reaction when you take damage, you can entomb yourself in ice, which melts away at the start of your next turn. You gain 10 temporary hit points per Warlock level, which take as much of the triggering damage as possible. Immediately after you take the damage, you gain [[Damage and Healing#Vulnerability|vulnerability]] to fire damage, and become [[Conditions#Petrified|petrified]]. These effects, including any remaining temporary hit points, all end when the ice melts. Once you use this invocation, you can’t use it again until you finish a [[Survival Needs#Rest|rest]].

You can breathe underwater, and you gain a [[Physical Capabilities#Swimming|swimming speed]] equal to your [[Physical Capabilities#Movement Speed|movement speed.]] You can also cast [[Primal Spells#Water Breathing|water breathing]] once without using a pact slot or requiring a [[Spellcasting#Spellcasting Focus 🛠|spellcasting focus]]. Once you have cast it in this way, you regain the ability to do so when you finish a [[Survival Needs#Long Rest|long rest]].

##### Maddening Hex
*Prerequisite: 5th level Warlock, Warlock feature or spell that curses*
As a bonus action, you cause a psychic disturbance around the target cursed by your spell or by a Warlock feature of yours, such as [[The Hexblade#Hexblade’s Curse|hexblade’s curse]] or [[#Sign of Ill Omen|sign of ill omen]]. When you do so, you deal psychic damage to the cursed target and each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it. The psychic damage equals your Spellcasting Ability modifier (minimum of 1 damage). To use this invocation, you must be able to see the cursed target, and it must be within 30 feet of you.

This special sight lasts for 1 minute or until your [[Abilities & Skills#Concentration|concentration]] ends. During that time, you perceive objects as ghostly, transparent images. Once you use this invocation, you can’t use it again until you finish a [[Survival Needs#Rest|rest]].

This benefit can be used a number of times equal to your [[Levels & Proficiency Bonus#Proficiency Bonus|proficiency bonus]], and all expended uses are restored when you finish a [[Survival Needs#Long Rest|long rest]].

Your curse creates a temporary bond between you and your target. As a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of the target cursed by your spell or by a Warlock feature of yours, such as [[The Hexblade#Hexblade’s Curse|hexblade’s curse]] or [[#Sign of Ill Omen|sign of ill omen]]. To teleport in this way, you must be able to see the cursed target.

When any creature whose name is on the page is reduced to 0 hit points but not [[Damage and Healing#Instant Death|killed outright]], the creature magically drops to 1 hit point instead. Once this magic is triggered, no creature can benefit from it until you finish a [[Survival Needs#Long Rest|long rest]]. As an action, you can magically erase a name on the page by touching it.

While someone else is wearing your [[Warlock#Pact of the Talisman|talisman]], you can use your action to teleport to the unoccupied space closest to them, provided the two of you are on the same [[Planes of Existence|plane of existence]]. The wearer of your [[Warlock#Pact of the Talisman|talisman]] can do the same thing, using their action to teleport to you. The teleportation can be used a number of times equal to your [[Levels & Proficiency Bonus#Proficiency Bonus|proficiency bonus]], and all expended uses are restored when you finish a [[Survival Needs#Long Rest|long rest]].
